Responsibilities
Act as Process/Equipment Engineer (Owner’s Representative) supporting biotech manufacturing workstreams
Support projects from design through system delivery, commissioning, and qualification (RV/IV/OV/IQ/OQ/PQ)
Develop scope and user requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and third-party engineering firms
Lead project meetings, track progress, resolve issues, and minimize operational impact
Coordinate installation, qualification, production readiness, scheduling, budget, and stakeholder management
Support equipment across areas such as:
Compounding/Formulation (mixers, vessels, filters)
Component & Stopper Prep (washers, autoclaves)
Syringe filling lines
Automated visual inspection systems
Autoinjector assembly
Secondary packaging (labelers, cartoners, case packers)
Qualification
Required
7+ years of Process or Equipment Engineering experience
Strong project management background
Knowledge of cGMP and ISO standards
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering
