This internship will involve supporting pilot testing of AI tools, creating learning materials, and assisting in recruitment campaigns.

Responsibilities
Support pilot testing and exploration of AI-enabled tools within HR systems
Create quick-reference materials to support ethical AI use
Assist with implementing AI-related competency frameworks
Contribute to learning and development initiatives by creating AI-enabled microlearning assets
Assist in organizing Learning Labs and development sessions
Use AI tools and data analysis to support sourcing and workforce planning
Assist in drafting structured interview guides and recruiting resources
Support recruitment campaigns by creating engaging content for internal platforms and social media
Qualification
Required
Candidate enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in human resources, business, psychology, data analytics, information systems, learning sciences, or related fields
Completed at least two years of college coursework at the time of application
Strong interest in talent management, HR technology, learning and development, or digital transformation
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Available to work full time throughout the 10-week internship
Eligible to work in the United States
Preferred
Familiarity with AI concepts or tools such as ChatGPT, Power Automate, or similar platforms
Basic understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
Transitioning military and students from alternative education pathways are encouraged to apply
