Associate Account Manager

Responsibilities
Support the growth and success of existing client accounts through strong follow-through and relationship stewardship
Contribute to discovery, research, and solution development that help clarify client needs and identify opportunities
Assist in creating clear, client-ready proposals and scopes that align expectations and set work up for success
Help move sales-related work forward by maintaining momentum, supporting internal coordination, and preparing strong handoffs
Enhance the overall client experience through thoughtful communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail
Support quality checks to ensure work aligns with what was sold and what clients expect
Qualification
Required
Strong written communication skills, including persuasive and polished business writing
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset—you like solving problems and bringing structure to ambiguity
Comfort supporting sales and growth conversations (without needing to be the primary seller)
Ability to synthesize discovery inputs, research, and feedback into clear recommendations
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on follow-through and momentum
Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Reliable, high-speed internet required
Preferred
Some experience in an agency, consulting, marketing, or related professional environment preferred
Exposure to client-facing work, proposals, or sales support is strongly beneficial
Interest in sales, strategy, client success, or business development is a plus
