Responsibilities
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, scripts, and Service Portal components using JavaScript and Glide APIs
Implement and enhance Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM/SAM Pro) solutions
Build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Design automated workflows to streamline IT and business processes, including GenAI-driven improvements
Prepare and execute unit tests, participate in code reviews, and enforce ServiceNow best practices
Produce and maintain technical documentation for configurations and custom solutions
Collaborate with functional, administrative, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Qualification
Required
10+ Years of experience
USC, GC visa
ServiceNow CSA certification (mandatory)
Hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow platform architecture
Experience with HAM/SAM modules
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience with SAM Pro or other enterprise asset management tools
Exposure to GenAI-driven workflow automation
