1+ years expvoestalpine Railway Systems Nortrak is North America's premier designer and manufacturer of special trackwork. They are currently looking for a Machinist Technician responsible for operating machines safely and efficiently, ensuring proper cleaning and preparation of castings.
Railroad Manufacture
Responsibilities
Maintain and follow production schedule
Inspect products upon completion
Safely operate jib and overhead crane
Adhere to Nortrak's Safety, Quality and Environmental Procedures, Practices and Policies
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of G and M codes
Able to work with little supervision
Ability to read work orders, ITP's, blue prints, rulers and tape measures
Basic mathematical calculation experience in adding and subtracting whole numbers, fractions and decimals
Preferred
High School graduate or GED preferred
1 - 2 years of relevant experience preferred
Forklift and Crane certification preferred
