Responsibilities
Meeting 10+ new businesses per day in the field
Making 50+ outbound calls per day to businesses inside Salesforce
Managing and working a Salesforce pipeline of warm and cold leads
Conducting on-site walkthroughs and needs assessments
Presenting customized ADT solutions (alarms, cameras, access control, automation)
Creating proposals and managing documentation in Salesforce CRM
Following up with business owners to close sales and schedule installations
Conducting post-installation follow-ups and generating referrals
Qualification
Required
Self-driven and willing to put in daily activity
Comfortable walking into businesses and speaking with owners
Strong at communication and professional presentation
Organized, disciplined, and skilled at managing a CRM
Curious about business operations and security technology
Ready to invest 6–12 months into building long-term income
No prior sales experience required — we provide full training
Preferred
Candidates from telecom, solar, business services, SaaS, field sales, or home improvement often excel
