Responsibilities

Supports customer service for clients and customers over the phone and through online systems/ company website as well as third party channels including but not limited to online retailers
Maintain the highest levels of customer service excellence - as the face and voice of the company our client values quality overall
Respond to customer inquiries (email or phone) - 75% phone support and 25% email support - some outbound calls when requested or calling back a customer after they leave a voicemail
Provide in‐depth support for the use, care and technical aspects of the product - troubleshooting customer issues/ questions
Demonstrate a friendly and cooperative attitude with our internal and external customers
Ensure highest accuracy of data entry functions
Provide administrative support to multiple departments

Required
