Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to multiple financial advisors, including scheduling, document preparation, and workflow coordination
Prepare, edit, and format documents and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe
Assist with marketing and communication materials using Canva and Adobe tools
Maintain accurate records, files, and client information in compliance with agency and regulatory standards
Serve as a point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Support client service activities, including appointment coordination, follow-ups, and general inquiries
Coordinate internal processes to ensure deadlines and priorities are met
Assist with special projects and general office operations as needed
Qualification
Required
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, PowerPoint and Canva
Ability to work independently while supporting multiple advisors and competing priorities
Preferred
Customer service or client-facing experience preferred
Previous experience in a financial services, professional services, or office environment is a plus
