Responsibilities
Documenting the work orders that are being produced from the Project Coordinators
Product is shipped in for customer installations and they store the product until the installation at the client site. When the product comes in this needs to be documented into inventory and the warehouse needs support with packing list by providing data entry into (CORE), which is an inventory database for their furniture/product. This job will entail administrative support to the logistics of the warehouse – shipping and receiving
50% entry of job costing into CORE (company database)
40% entry of Inventory and product coming into warehouse
10% generating reporting through templates already generated
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma or GED
2+ years of recent experience in professional administrative role
1+ years of recent work experience using Excel for Data Entry into spreadsheets
