Responsibilities
Ensure network reliability by interfacing with internet service providers, troubleshooting server connection issues, etc
Ensure operation of server-connected systems (Fishbowl, QuickBooks, etc.)
Support IT tickets from users across North America Interface with IT management in France to maintain security protocols
Review new and existing Helpdesk tickets
Perform Helpdesk level 2 tickets
Monitor VEEAM backups, Ubiquiti WiFi, and Office 365 suspicious logins
Oversee infrastructure health via LibreNMS
Review security camera motion events
Stay updated on the latest security incidents and vulnerabilities
Monitor Sophos antivirus, DUO, and FortiCloud logs
Check WASABI storage and backup North American firewall configurations
Check Active Directory for errors
Test and apply Windows updates
Manage monthly bills and renewals for IT services
Plan for upcoming projects
Qualification
Required
Experience with troubleshooting server connection issues
Ability to support IT tickets from users across North America
Experience interfacing with internet service providers
Knowledge of server-connected systems such as Fishbowl and QuickBooks
Experience with monitoring VEEAM backups, Ubiquiti WiFi, and Office 365 suspicious logins
Ability to oversee infrastructure health via LibreNMS
Experience reviewing security camera motion events
Knowledge of security incidents and vulnerabilities
Experience monitoring Sophos antivirus, DUO, and FortiCloud logs
Ability to check WASABI storage and backup North American firewall configurations
Experience checking Active Directory for errors
