Senior Whistleblowing Specialist - Vice President
Deutsche Bank is seeking a Senior Whistleblowing Specialist to join their Whistleblowing Central Function team. The role involves managing the intake, triage, and documentation of whistleblowing reports, alongside conducting training and developing the global whistleblowing framework.

Responsibilities
Responsible for intake, triage, escalation, allocation and documentation of reports and whistleblowing matters including oversight of matters triaged by other WBCF operatives
Represent the WBCF towards United Kingdom (UK), Americas and Asia Pacific (APAC) and act as central point of contact for local stakeholder including individuals raising reports, internal investigative functions and subject Matter experts (SME) responsible for following-up on reports alleging possible violations
Responsible for compiling information materials on Whistleblowing including development of case summaries / case studies in an appropriate format
Conduct training and awareness sessions on Whistleblowing
Support the function in developing the global Whistleblowing framework further; independently drive different change topics and update processes, procedures, and guidelines in line with changing regulatory requirements
Lead by example and guide involved team members in completing work
Qualification
Required
High level of personal integrity and professionalism, the ability to handle sensitive information, good judgment and a high level of discretion
Proven ability to work on multiple complex deliverables at the same time and manage competing deadlines
Excellent understanding of whistleblowing regulation and/ or whistleblowing reporting channels and handling of escalations
Experienced in conducting and or supporting internal investigations into fraud and misconduct, with relevant professional certifications
Preferred
University degree in relevant field
Excellent communication skills, other languages are a plus
