Responsibilities
Make and receive customer calls (outbound & inbound)
Support existing accounts and introduce new products
Recommend solutions based on customer needs
Track activity, orders, and follow-ups using internal systems
Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams
Maintain strong customer relationships and service standards
Qualification
Required
Any sales or customer-facing experience (inside sales, retail, call center, customer service, etc.)
Fluent in English and Russian or Turkish (required)
Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
Organized, dependable, and motivated to earn bonus income
Able to work onsite in Chicago, Monday–Friday
