Access and review security video systems and other technology as necessary in response to law enforcement related activities
Field phone calls and police radio communications in support of overall campus security operations
Answers the telephone and log calls for service related to safety and security
Collaborates with UABPD dispatch and police officers responding to calls for service
Monitors and sends police radio traffic, provides information for reports, provides general assistance and information to the medical center and campus safety managers
Performs multi-tasking priorities. Maintains knowledge of all required departmental policies and procedures
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED required
Ability to type twenty-five (25) WPM required
