Responsibilities

Risk assessment and decision-making on renewals, amendments, and add-coverage opportunities
Work closely with the Distribution team to deliver timely renewals and add to existing business, keeping the Company’s financial objectives in mind
Collaborate with other departments and vendor partners with underwriting-related issues and applicable best practices
Work within Equitable’s quoting platform and other rating tools to develop manual and experience rates
Execute to key KPIs, including, pricing strategy targets, sales targets, persistency and TaT performance

Required

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
Experience and familiarity of Employee Benefits (Group Insurance) products such as Life/AD&D, Dental, Vision, Short and Long Term Disability

Preferred

Possesses a high level of reliability, responsibility and organization
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent time management
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
