Responsibilities
Provides strategic and operational leadership for the health system’s public-facing website and other digital platforms
Responsible for the performance, governance, and evolution of the health system’s websites, CRM and other digital experience platforms, analytics, SEO, GEO, and AI-driven marketing technology to support brand, growth, access, and consumer relations goals
Responsible for the patient-facing physician referral call center, which helps patients make appointments with appropriate providers
Supports the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of Methodist Health System
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field
7 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or marketing technology, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
