Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Facilitate the entire recruiting process from inception to completion, including initial resume screening, proactively sourcing top-tier candidates through diverse channels, conducting thorough phone and in-person interviews, and ultimately closing candidates through skilled negotiation of compensation and terms
Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with the executive team, hiring managers, and other departmental colleagues to gather detailed feedback, ensuring a robust cultural and technical fit for all prospective employees
Process Optimization: Continuously develop and refine the interviewing and hiring processes, implementing best practices to ensure maximum scale, efficiency, and consistency as the company grows
Candidate Experience: Build immediate rapport and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with candidates, ensuring a best-of-breed, professional, and positive candidate experience regardless of the final outcome
Data-Driven Insights: Meticulously track and analyze critical hiring, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate metrics. Utilize this data to generate actionable insights and reports that will directly inform process improvements and drive greater efficiency in recruitment operations
Offer Negotiation: Expertly facilitate and extend offers of employment to prospective candidates, including comprehensive salary negotiations. Must be able to speak fluently and knowledgeably about the position's job duties, required qualifications, company-wide benefit plans, and incentive structures

Required

A minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable experience in full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing from a variety of channels, and human resources administration, with a specific focus and proven success in the technology space
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
General knowledge and understanding of U.S. employment laws, industry best practices, and compliance requirements related to job postings, interviewing, and general Human Resources administration
Exceptional ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality of proprietary business information. Must possess strong cultural sensitivity, be aware of ethical recruiting practices, and maintain effectiveness and composure while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent computer skills, including a robust working knowledge of professional networking platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and the Google Workspace (G Suite) applications
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in managing multiple daily tasks and competing priorities
