Responsibilities

Own and execute Sigga’s enterprise sales strategy in North America, driving consistent new logo acquisition and revenue growth
Lead six- and seven-figure enterprise SaaS deals from first engagement through close, actively joining customer meetings and executive discussions
Build, inspect, and maintain a disciplined pipeline and forecasting process with strong accuracy and predictability
Partner closely with Marketing and BDR teams to drive top-of-funnel generation and targeted vertical plays
Establish and scale a repeatable, value-based sales process focused on ROI, operational impact, and executive-level outcomes
Coach, develop, and retain high-performing enterprise sellers through structured 1:1s, deal reviews, and clear success metrics
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success to sharpen messaging and accelerate deal velocity
Support strategic expansion by leveraging experience with global accounts and European buying models
Represent Sales leadership internally with executive presence, data-driven insights, and strong accountability

Required

10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals
Proven success selling into asset-intensive industries (Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Mining, Utilities, Food & Beverage, etc.)
Strong familiarity with SAP-centric environments, EAM, maintenance, or reliability workflows (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams in the U.S. market
Hands-on, field-driven leadership style with comfort engaging customers, partners, and executives
Strong pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and deal inspection rigor
Experience with value-based, ROI-led selling and executive storytelling
Exposure to global enterprise accounts and working knowledge sales dynamics
