Make high‑volume outbound calls to potential clients in need of tax relief services
Build rapport and gather preliminary information for tax consultations
Follow up on warm leads and track all communication accurately
Meet daily/weekly performance goals
Maintain professionalism while adhering to company policies and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of sales experience preferred (entry‑level applicants welcome)
Background in tax or financial services is a plus
Strong communication skills and comfort with phone‑based outreach
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet performance metrics
