Responsibilities
Lead and execute programmatic activities in support of a DoD aviation program, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and technical objectives
Serve as a primary interface with government stakeholders, supporting PMO coordination, IPT execution, and program reviews
Develop and maintain program schedules, risk registers, action item trackers, and performance metrics
Prepare and deliver government-standard briefings, including Program Management Reviews (PMRs), technical status updates, and executive-level summaries
Translate technical progress and issues into clear programmatic impacts and recommended courses of action
Proactively identify risks, gaps, and integration challenges and drive mitigation actions to closure
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience supporting DoD acquisition programs in accordance with FAR/DFARS processes
Proven ability to independently manage program execution activities with limited oversight
Experience leading or supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) across multiple disciplines
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to build clear, concise charts (schedule, cost, risk, performance)
Develop executive-level and customer-facing briefing decks
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience briefing senior government and industry leadership
Ability to manage competing priorities, anticipate program needs, and take initiative without detailed direction
Solid technical foundation in one or more of the following: Rotary-wing aviation platforms, preferably UH-60 Black Hawk
Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in a related field and minimum of 12 years experience
Clearance: Active or ability to obtain DoD Secret (or higher)
Preferred
Ability to understand system architectures, interfaces, and aircraft integration challenges
Experience supporting aircraft integration efforts, including airworthiness, safety, and flight test
Background supporting fielded systems, operational deployments, or rapid capability insertion
