Responsibilities
Identify and assess risks across business processes and systems
Facilitate Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and control testing
Monitor controls, report trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership
Support New Product Governance by identifying areas needing improved controls
Develop risk dashboards, KRIs, risk profiles, and maintain updated risk registers
Share insights and best practices across the enterprise
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of risk management and control processes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
Experience in developing risk dashboards and key risk indicators
Strong leadership skills and the ability to champion risk management practices
