Responsibilities
Interview, hire, onboard, and train Pre-Litigation Paralegals on firm procedures and best practices
Conduct regular 1:1 file reviews to ensure quality, compliance, and momentum on cases
Lead team training and educational seminars on updated procedures and industry best practices
Monitor and manage caseload metrics, client communication standards, demand production, and case progress
Assist with personnel decisions, performance management, and team development
Serve as the primary liaison between attorneys and the pre-litigation team, ensuring smooth communication and implementation of process updates
Collaborate closely with the firm’s executive leadership team to improve systems
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Paralegal
Strong working knowledge of health insurance and subrogation
Strong working knowledge of notice of claims
Strong working knowledge of trucking accident protocols
Proven ability to manage and support a large team in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
High ethical standards, professionalism, and integrity
Preferred
Prior management or supervisory experience
Experience with Filevine and/or Needles
