Responsibilities
Lead development of multifamily and wood-framed construction projects from concept to completion
Act as Owner’s Representative coordinating with GCs, architects, engineers, and consultants
Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project performance
Drive feasibility studies, due diligence, and entitlement processes
Oversee affordable housing developments and compliance requirements
Provide strategic direction to Project Managers and development staff
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Represent ownership in city and municipal environments, meetings, and approvals
Qualification
Required
7+ years of development or Owner's Rep experience
Strong background in multifamily and wood-framed construction
Experience delivering affordable housing projects
Proven experience working closely with General Contractors
Comfortable operating in urban / city environments
Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen
Must be based in Ohio
