Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture of Oracle CX Sales solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices
Design and oversee integrations between Oracle CX and other enterprise applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware
Guide the configuration and optimization of Redwood UX and VBCS extensions to enhance salesperson productivity and user experience
Define scalable sales process flows across Lead, Opportunity, Account/Contact management, and Forecasting cycles
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into logical, efficient CX solution architectures
Provide leadership to functional and technical teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery
Troubleshoot CX Sales issues, evaluate system performance, and recommend enhancements
Ensure all solutions comply with security standards, data governance policies, and best practices
Create technical documentation and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions for delivery teams and end users
Maintain and pursue continuing education opportunities, such as training and certification exams
Participate on internal projects
Provide expertise and help to others, as needed, on projects
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle CX or Fusion Sales
Experience designing or implementing Oracle sales processes and digital sales capabilities
Proficiency in VBCS, Redwood UX, and Oracle CX configuration
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Oracle Cloud Certification in Fusion Sales or related CX modules
