Responsibilities
Lead and oversee technical, multi‑disciplinary projects from initial idea to full realization
Define project scope, including:
Deliverables and completion criteria
Budget, timeline, and other pre‑conditions
Assemble, coordinate, and lead the project team
Develop the technical design for the entire project
Create specifications and requirements for internal and external design agencies and contractors
Partner closely with the Procurement Manager to align on sourcing strategy, technical specifications, supplier qualification, contract terms, and risk management
Monitor and manage all internal and external resources, including regular on‑site visits as needed
Maintain continuous communication with the customer to identify, evaluate, and implement scope changes
Provide clear and consistent reporting to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Engineer (or equivalent experience) with several years of experience managing projects in an industrial environment
A collaborative team player who communicates effectively with clients, colleagues, suppliers, and leadership
Strong technical background and interest in engineering and project management
Strong analytical thinker with the ability to see the broader picture
Fluent in English
5+ years of experience leading complex technical projects
Proven ability to manage and coach teams
Strong communication skills at all organizational levels
Industrial environment experience
Technical knowledge in areas such as chemistry, electromechanics, or civil engineering
Strong general management skills
Skilled in negotiation and influencing both internal teams and external partners
Close collaboration with cross‑regional engineering teams and procurement
Experience reporting progress and performance metrics
Ability to establish a local engineering team (internal or external)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
3–5 years of manufacturing and/or industrial project management experience
