Defining product vision, managing backlogs, and collaborating with development teams to deliver value with strong domain expertise in GWS (Global workplace service)/Real estate
Focusing on the development of innovative solutions within the Real Estate domain
Translating business needs into technical requirements and driving the delivery of high-value products that enhance our workplace and real estate operations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-focused environment
Strong domain knowledge in Global Workplace Services (GWS) and/or Real Estate
Solid understanding of agile and Scrum methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
