Data Analyst

Responsibilities
Build and maintain automated dashboards in Procore Analytics and Power BI for project performance metrics including job profitability, labor productivity, EAC variance & cost-to-complete, RFI/Submittal cycle times, safety performance, and prefab/manufacturing throughput
Implement AI-supported insights where appropriate (e.g., anomaly detection, pattern recognition, forecast suggestions) and ensure data accuracy through collaboration with Project Managers and Operations
Produce weekly and monthly workforce forecasts using actual labor curves, schedule data, and backlog; automate labor forecasting reports and build models to support multi-state expansion planning
Build HubSpot dashboards for sales pipelines, win/loss trends, deal velocity, quoting performance, and recurring service revenue; leverage AI-driven forecasting and standardize CRM → Procore → NetSuite data flow
Develop automated dashboards in Power BI and NetSuite for divisional profitability, customer-level profitability, job-level performance, AR/AP dashboards, and budget vs. actual reporting
Support the CFO with financial models, scenario analysis, and trend insights for strategic decision-making
Build scheduled refresh pipelines, CData connections, and API-based data feeds to automate financial reporting
Provide field and office resource capacity analytics through Power BI and NetSuite
Create and maintain automated data pipelines using available connectors (CData, Power BI gateways, API integrations) and implement workflow automation for recurring reporting packages
Develop self-service BI tools that allow Project Managers, Operations, Leadership, and Accounting to view real-time KPIs without manual reporting
Build and enforce data models, naming conventions, and data dictionaries to ensure consistency across systems
Prepare high-quality, automated reporting packets for CFO monthly/quarterly/periodic reviews, monthly financial meetings, monthly WIP meetings, executive leadership sessions, and Board-level reporting
Provide narrative insights and interpretations—not just charts—to support strategic decision-making
Improve data hygiene across Procore, HubSpot, NetSuite, and other systems; assist in mapping custom fields, segments, departments, and classifications for standardization
Support system integrations, API-based data sharing, and multi-system alignment
Operates vehicles and other equipment safely; adheres to safety protocols; reports hazards and risks; behavior contributes to a safe and secure working environment

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
3+ years of demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or FP&A Analyst
Strong Power BI skills including DAX, data modeling, and Power Query
Experience with construction or project-based ERP/reporting systems
Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel
Preferred
Experience with Procore, NetSuite, HubSpot, Paylocity, or similar systems
Background in construction, MEP, data center construction, or manufacturing operations
Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, scheduled refresh, API integrations)
Experience with AI-assisted analytics (forecasting models, anomaly detection, predictive KPIs)
Experience with Python, R, or similar analytics tools
Experience building semantic models or enterprise BI architecture
Experience with large datasets or multi-entity organization
