Sales Associate (In-Person Events) — (JN -012026-5890)
Crimson Consulting is a Dallas-based face-to-face sales and marketing firm that specializes in in-person customer acquisition campaigns. They are hiring a Sales Associate to represent client brands at live events and retail activations, focusing on driving sales and providing excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Drive sales and customer acquisition through face-to-face conversations at events and retail locations
Represent client brands professionally as a brand ambassador (product education, positioning, and messaging)
Hit daily/weekly performance targets (leads, conversions, sales volume, customer engagement)
Provide an excellent customer experience—answer questions, handle objections, and close confidently
Work closely with your team to execute campaigns with consistency and speed (prep, setup, breakdown)
Track performance and continuously improve through coaching and feedback
Qualification
Required
Strong communicator who's comfortable approaching and speaking with customers
Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance metrics
Coachable and reliable—shows up, executes, improves
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work in busy event environments
Reliable transportation to travel across the DFW area
Preferred
Sales, hospitality, retail, events, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
