Responsibilities

Calculate insurance premiums by gathering pertinent information utilizing different quoting engines
Communicate and present an insurance package to approximately 50-100 live clients each day
Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner
Adhere to all contract, property, and insurance laws
Provide customer service for each client to maintain a positive client-advisor relationship

Required

High School Diploma required
Life & Health License required
Must demonstrate an aptitude for problem-solving and a strong desire to succeed
Ability to determine solutions for customers and problem solve in real time (consultative sales approach)
Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Undergraduate degree a plus
