Responsibilities

Lead C-suite–level discovery conversations
Guide prospects into strategically aligned workstreams
Collaborate on proposals and pitch narratives
Support closing of significant strategic and advisory engagements
Maintain clean CRM hygiene and transparent reporting
Participate in bi-weekly alignment and growth sessions
Champion Kind Marketing’s methodology and values
You represent Kind Marketing’s methodology, positioning, and standards

Qualification

Required

Enterprise & C-Suite Sales Background
Experience closing $300K–$600K+ strategic B2B engagements
Ability to navigate long-cycle, complex decision paths
Confidence engaging CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, CROs, and founders
Strong discovery and communication skills
Ability to translate complexity into strategic clarity
Understanding of brand, GTM, communications, or advisory services
Comfortable and confident in a commission-only structure
Self-managed and internally driven
Excellent pipeline management and deal navigation
