Chief Growth Officer
JK Executive Strategies is partnering with a mission-driven organization to find a Chief Growth Officer. This executive will oversee sales and marketing strategy, focusing on immediate performance and long-term growth while contributing to a collaborative culture.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the company’s sales and marketing strategy across all divisions
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development, marketing, and client engagement
Optimize CRM system usage to support business intelligence and sales enablement
Oversee a multi-disciplinary team, including sales executives and marketing leadership
Hire, train, coach, and evaluate performance of sales and marketing staff
Establish incentive and compensation programs to drive team performance
Manage the departmental budget and ensure effective allocation of resources
Identify and pursue new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and support strategic deal closures
Enhance the customer experience and ensure alignment with the company’s core values
Serve on the senior leadership team and contribute to overall business strategy
Champion a servant leadership model throughout the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years in a senior sales and marketing leadership role with proven results in business growth
Demonstrated experience developing and executing sales strategies and plans
Skilled in team leadership, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and executive leadership
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
Ability to travel to various markets and attend quarterly in-person meetings
