Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
Partner with finance leadership to define business requirements for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis
Document and optimize finance processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
Implement and enhance systems and financial reporting tools including use of AI-based solutions
Prepare dashboards and reports for senior management
Support month-end and year-end close activities by validating data accuracy and resolving discrepancies
Conduct cost-benefit analysis for proposed projects and initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or similar role
Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP principles, and budgeting processes
Proven ability to communicate high level financial information
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modeling and data visualizations
Familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools
Express confidential, ethical and professional behaviors
