Analyze financial results, trends, and variances to support ongoing business operations
Prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial models to assist with planning and performance tracking
Partner with internal stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
Support pricing, margin, and profitability analysis across products or business segments
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
Assist leadership with ad hoc analysis and strategic projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
4+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems or BI tools is a plus
Ability to translate data into meaningful business insights
Strong communication skills and comfort working with non-finance partners
