Responsibilities
Leading complex contracting initiatives
Managing the full contract lifecycle for a wide range of goods, services, and operational agreements
Combining strategic procurement expertise with contract negotiation and compliance oversight
Ensuring optimal value, service, and risk mitigation for the organization
Collaborating with internal stakeholders, legal counsel, and external vendors
Preparing and negotiating designated contracts
Obtaining execution
Ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree and 1-2 years experience Strategic sourcing, contract management, negotiation or compliance monitoring experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years experience Strategic sourcing, contract management, negotiation or compliance monitoring experience preferred
HS diploma or equivalent and 5-7 years experience Strategic sourcing, contract management, negotiation or compliance monitoring experience preferred
Ability to maintain professional relationships with fellow employees, patients, parents and visitors
Willingness to be vaccinated for seasonal influenza and provide immunization records
Ability to discuss medical and/or religious exemptions with Human Resources
