3+ years expEskola, LLC is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Corporate Accountant! The Senior Corporate Accountant is responsible for maintaining accounts and reconciliation of company accounts, preparing sales taxes, and administering business licenses.

Responsibilities
Responsible for timely and accurate journal entries
Responsible for reconciliation of general ledger accounts and maintaining general ledger account balance schedules
Maintain license schedule and assist with license filing
Provide support for the company purchase card program
Maintain vendor receivable schedules
Reconcile balance sheet accounts to include: insurance accruals, long term debt, and equity
Assist with insurance and financial statement audits
Responsible for timely, accurate and efficient accounting close on a monthly basis
Other ad hoc accounting requests as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Accounting
3+ years of accounting experience
Must have solid communication, technical, analytical and management skills
Should possess knowledge of all aspects of generally accepted accounting principles
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
Must be able to work as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems
Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines
Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening as a condition of hire
Preferred
Experience in construction accounting is highly valued
Experience in Microsoft Office 365, Construction based ERP, Foundation, and DataForma highly valued
