Sales Support Specialist
Russell Tobin is seeking an Internal Sales Support Specialist to join a growing life insurance sales team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for sales teams and financial advisors, assisting with case design, illustrations, product information, marketing materials, and new business and underwriting needs.
Responsibilities
Provide pre-sales support to financial advisors and internal sales teams
Build strong relationships with producers, back offices, wholesalers, and internal stakeholders
Create and review illustrations and sales materials to help close business
Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Problem-solve and resolve issues independently while ensuring accurate and timely service
Qualification
Required
SIE passed (required)
At least one FINRA license (Series 6 preferred; Series 7 acceptable; additional licenses a plus)
4-year college degree
Excellent communication skills (phone and written)
Strong customer service and sales support skills
Authorized to work in the U.S
Willingness to work in Boston, MA (hybrid)
Preferred
Series 63 or Massachusetts Insurance License
Financial services or insurance experience
