Responsibilities

Conceive, build, and execute renewal strategies for employer contract renewals, including client engagement, negotiation, stakeholder coordination, and signature facilitation (75%)
Develop and implement cross-sell/upsell strategies for new and emerging products, partnering with Client Executives to identify prospects and execute sales plans (10%)
Build relationships with internal stakeholders (finance, legal, sales operations, etc.) to support renewal and sales strategies (10%)
Refine internal processes for renewals and sales to improve operational efficiency and accuracy (5%)

Required

Bachelor's degree, preferably in sales & marketing, strategic planning, business management, or equivalent experience and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience
2+ years managing renewal opportunities in client organizations
4+ years of sales or account management experience
Experience selling SaaS services or software applications
Proven track record of consistent revenue growth
Executive relationship management
Strong negotiation and communication skills at all organizational levels

Preferred

Knowledge of Employee Benefits or Pharmacy
