MuleSoft Developer (Remote) [Clearance Eligible]

The MuleSoft Developer will design, develop, test, and deploy APIs and integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, working closely with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions for federal clients.

Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy APIs and integrations using Mule 4 and Anypoint Studio
Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into integration solutions
Build reusable connectors, flows, and templates
Use DataWeave to transform and map data across APIs
Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline deployments, and Agile ceremonies
Resolve integration issues and support platform debugging
Document workflows, integration logic, and system dependencies
Follow federal compliance and security best practices (FISMA, FedRAMP, etc.)
Qualification
Required
US Citizenship - Clearable
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
MuleSoft Certified Developer (Level 1 or 2)
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, XML/JSON, and integration protocols
Experience with RAML or OpenAPI specifications
Proficiency in DataWeave, MUnit testing, and error handling strategies
Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, or other DevOps tools for versioning and deployments
Preferred
Experience in federal or DoD environments
Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
Knowledge of security standards like OAuth2, SAML, and TLS
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum)
