Responsibilities
Collaborate with healthcare organizations, community groups, and stakeholders to advance care and services for persons living with HIV in Mississippi
Engage Community Health Centers to implement and sustain RWEHE programs while ensuring timely linkage to care for individuals diagnosed with HIV
Support persons living with HIV by identifying unmet needs, making referrals, and promoting viral suppression
Support health promotion activities, including HIV screening and education in targeted counties and congregational settings
Help to develop and sustain critical partnerships, and connect communities to health and social services while serving as a trusted health resource
Qualification

Be a resident of District IX
Familiar with providing HIV care and services
Familiar with community engagement
Able to work in a dynamic environment
Collaborative
Self-motivated
Preferred
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience
Agency requesting at least 4 years of relevant experience in providing HIV services/support
