The role involves processing vendor invoices, managing vendor accounts, and supporting month-end close activities while collaborating with team members to improve AP processes.

Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices, secure proper approvals, and ensure alignment with company policies and accounting standards
Manage a portion of the AP inbox and oversee assigned vendor accounts
Verify, classify, post, and record daily accounts payable transactions
Maintain strong vendor relationships, resolving inquiries and ensuring accurate coding and posting
Assist with weekly check runs, including printing, mailing, and reconciliation
Support month‑end close by analyzing A/P aging reports and reconciling vendor statements
Identify opportunities to streamline AP processes and improve efficiency
Handle financial information with integrity and discretion
Collaborate with accounting and finance team members as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an Accounts Payable function
2+ years of hands-on AP experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for vendor and internal coordination
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
Solid understanding of Accounts Payable processes
Proactive, team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Preferred
Apparel industry experience
Experience with Microsoft D365
