Responsibilities
Define and own enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with P&C business goals
Modernize Policy, Billing, and Claims systems using cloud-native (.NET, Azure/AWS) patterns
Lead cloud migration of on-prem .NET and SQL Server workloads
Establish architecture governance, ARB leadership, and technical debt management
Design API gateways, middleware, and integrations with InsurTech partners
Optimize data platforms (SQL Server, Data Lakes, Snowflake, Azure Synapse)
Implement FinOps to control cloud and licensing costs
Mentor architects and engineering leaders; present executive-level architecture narratives
Qualification
Required
10+ years IT experience
5+ years in P&C Insurance (Policy, Claims, Underwriting)
Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman)
Expert-level .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs)
Hands-on experience with Microservices, DDD, CI/CD, API-first design
Deep knowledge of cloud (Azure/AWS), security, and large-scale system integration
Strong data architecture and modeling experience (relational & hierarchical data)
Excellent stakeholder communication and executive presentation skills
