Responsibilities
Leading efforts to improve OT practices and drive consistency across manufacturing sites
Implementing processes and technical controls that enhance asset visibility, configuration management, and removable media handling
Determining requirements, standards, and procedures that strengthen OT system reliability and reduce operational risk
Supporting sites and partners with guidance, troubleshooting, and coordination during deployments and ongoing operations
Confirming your willingness to participate helping 3M manufacturing be successful and secure
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
OR Associate's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and Ten (10) years of engineering experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Current, valid Driver's License
Preferred
Experience working with operational technology systems, industrial equipment, or plant‑floor technologies
Ability to implement and support technical processes such as asset management, configuration management, or backup and recovery
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues in complex environments
Ability to interpret standards, apply procedures, and support consistent practices across multiple sites
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross‑functional teams and manufacturing partners
