Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and reusable components on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript (client/server-side), Glide Script, HTML, CSS for Service Portal development
Direct, hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow Health and Safety or workplace safety Module is must
Strong knowledge of ITIL, CMDB and ITOM, HRSD and ITAM frameworks and processes
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with various IT systems and tools using MID Server, web services, APIs, etc
Experience in core platform mechanics including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, ACL, Flow Designer, UI builder (Configurable workspace), Playbook, decision tables\rules and Advanced Workflows, JavaScript (client/server-side), Glide Script, Mobile App Builder (MAB)
Define and enforce platform architectural standards, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to security best practices
Perform code reviews, technical design reviews, and provide guidance
Qualification
Required
