Responsibilities
Manage the daily workflow for a team of detailers to ensure "Front-Line Ready" and customer delivery units are completed on schedule
Conduct rigorous final inspections on all motorhomes and towables, ensuring they meet the high standards our customers expect
Monitor supply levels (soaps, waxes, equipment) to ensure the department remains efficient
Qualification
Required
The ability to stay organized and remain motivated in a high-volume, fast-moving dealership environment
Knowledge of buffing, oxidation removal, and interior restorative cleaning
Comfort working outdoors, climbing ladders to inspect roofs, and moving between large units throughout the day
Preferred
2+ years of detailing experience (RV, Marine, or Heavy Equipment preferred)
