Revenue & Communications Coordinator
Micromentor is the world’s largest online platform for free business mentoring, connecting underserved entrepreneurs with skilled mentors to drive economic growth. The Revenue & Communications Coordinator will support the Revenue Team’s KPIs by conducting donor/client research, managing communications, and coordinating the release of impact reports and other materials.
Responsibilities
Conduct lead generation research, vetting, and scheduling of discovery calls
Support follow-up on outreach from leadership (e.g., CEO, Associate Director, etc.)
Prepare for discovery calls by drafting donor briefs and pulling pitch deck templates
Assist with proposal preparation, gathering materials, and coordinating grant requirements
Maintain accurate updates across Salesforce, Asana, and internal tracking sheets
Draft weekly Revenue Team stand-up agendas and track action items
Track grant submission timelines and ensure teams meet deadlines
Support planning for conferences and partner events (prep materials, follow-up, coordination)
Gather and draft entrepreneur success stories aligned with Revenue Communications strategy
Produce short-form case studies for clients, programs, and donor reports
Support information gathering for thought leadership pieces
Manage the revenue communications calendar, ensuring timely delivery of materials
Coordinate with channel owners (webmaster, marketing team, LinkedIn/social media managers)
Lead coordination of the Annual Impact Report—content gathering, drafting, and distribution
Support communications and asset generation
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in global fundraising, partnerships, sales operations, or revenue / communications support roles
3+ years of experience using CRM or project management tools (Salesforce, Asana, HubSpot, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong storytelling ability and experience synthesizing qualitative/quantitative data
Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management
Interest or experience in using AI tools for content generation, editing and project management
Ability to work effectively in a remote, multicultural environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Preferred
Experience supporting proposal development
Bi-lingual in Spanish
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or data visualization tools
Understanding of and interest in entrepreneurship, social enterprises, or international development
