Account Executive (Global Expansion)
Rocketlane is a fast-growing, innovative SaaS company focused on customer onboarding and professional services automation. They are seeking an Account Executive to drive expansion and growth within a defined set of strategic accounts, emphasizing adoption and upselling of their products and services.

Responsibilities
Own expansion revenue across a named book of strategic accounts
Develop and execute account plans focused on long-term growth and increased footprint
Drive adoption and expansion of Nitro and other AI-driven capabilities
Identify and close upsell opportunities across seats, support tiers, and additional business units
Build and maintain executive-level relationships within customer organizations
Maintain a healthy expansion pipeline with strong forecasting discipline
Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to align on outcomes and opportunities
Qualification
Required
Five or more years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, or expansion-focused roles in B2B SaaS
Proven history of hitting growth or expansion targets within existing accounts
Experience selling multi-product or platform solutions
Ability to uncover and develop new opportunities within established customer relationships
Strong relationship-building skills with senior and executive stakeholders
High level of organization and attention to detail
Comfort working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing
Preferred
Experience selling AI, automation, or workflow platforms is a plus
