Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and department leaders, establishing credibility and strong cross-functional partnerships
Lead and evolve recruitment and workforce development strategies, with particular focus on skilled trades and service technician talent pipelines
Assess and enhance talent acquisition processes to improve hiring efficiency and strengthen the candidate funnel
Evaluate and refine onboarding programs, including integration strategies related to acquisitions
Align HR strategies, systems, and capabilities with overall business strategy and operational goals
Drive transformation of employee engagement initiatives to support empowerment, retention, and a high-performance culture
Implement scalable HR systems and processes to support continued growth across multiple locations
Leverage data and analytics to inform workforce planning, engagement, and performance strategies
Build and lead a cohesive HR team that reflects a culture of servant leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Support organizational change initiatives within a dynamic, growing, and multi-site operating environment

Required

Experience leading comprehensive HR functions within a multi-site organization
Track record of leading employee engagement and empowerment initiatives that result in measurable improvements in retention and satisfaction
Ability to build trust and credibility across technical, operational, and executive teams
Forward-thinking, analytical, and proactive problem solver with high personal energy and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Preferred

Preferred experience with mergers and acquisitions, including integration and onboarding strategy
