The role involves defining complex test strategies, developing test plans, and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective integration and testing of mission systems.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on system requirements
Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs through to resolution
Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software performance meets the high standards required
Collaborate with system engineers and software developers to identify system requirements and resolve issues
Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential problems
Analyze test results, detect issues, and track root causes in collaboration with the development team
Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
Active Secret security clearance to start with ability obtain a Top Secret Clearance
Preferred
Excellent organization skills
Effective communication skills in a collaborative team environment
Proficient in Linux and/or Unix operating systems
Familiarity with Boundary Scan/LabVIEW/MATLAB/other tools for instrument control
Proficient at JIRA/Confluence (or equivalent)
Experience in Agile & DevOps methodology and culture
Software Integration testing
Platform/CLOUD familiarity/integration and testing
Payload Platform integration testing (HW to SW) for end-to-end command and control of payload
