Responsibilities
Responsible for scanning all vehicles that are delivered and adding them to Tekion inventory list
Stripping vehicles of protective plastic and ensuring it is properly disposed of
Moves vehicles from delivery area to service lanes to allow transports to unload
Stocks in vehicles and tags keys with provided inventory stickers
Inspects new units for transportation damage
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or equivalent; some vocational training in automotive desired
Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance required; and mathematical principles (adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying, and percentages) and application
Ability to operate manual transmission vehicle; read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; determining causes of operating errors on vehicles and deciding what to do about it; read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language
Must have a valid driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear
Adjusting, moving, and lifting objects up to 30 pounds
Work in all weather conditions
Perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs
Stand for long periods of time
Exerts maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects and use hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, bending, reaching and squatting

Flexible in regard to working the overnight shift
