Responsibilities

Drive sales of Ocuco’s SaaS solutions, including cloud, e-commerce, lab, Retail, EMR, and Omnichannel applications, to enterprise and small-to-medium-sized eyecare chains across the US and Canada
Develop and execute strategic account plans to win new business and expand existing enterprise relationships
Create detailed sales proposals and quotes for customers and prospects
Record and manage all sales activities in Salesforce (opportunities, meetings, forecasts, follow-ups, etc.)
Maintain an accurate and transparent sales pipeline, providing monthly and quarterly forecasts
Build and nurture long-term partnerships with enterprise customers, understanding their business goals and ensuring alignment with Ocuco’s solutions
Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, and Development teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
Represent Ocuco at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings across North America
Maintain and update sales materials, presentations, and marketing collateral

Required

A degree in an IT-related field or equivalent professional experience
A minimum of 3 years' experience in enterprise SaaS sales within North America
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex, solution-based sales environments
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Strong understanding of IT systems, with experience in troubleshooting or documenting customer requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to learn new technologies quickly
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Preferred

Experience selling SaaS solutions to large or multi-site customers; experience with optical or healthcare SaaS products is an advantage
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
