Responsibilities

Establish an organization-wide operating rhythm and management system that delivers results supported by continuous improvement
This includes operating the transformation scorecard, defining delivery KPIs across product, technology, operations, and culture, and maintaining momentum through structured cadences such as weekly alignment syncs, biweekly scorecard reviews, and quarterly business reviews
This role also runs structured feedback loops with product teams, platform consumers, capability leads, and leadership to continuously enhance the transformation playbook
Develop and sustain a transformation management system that supports operational excellence, KPIs, organizational performance, and investment decision-making
This includes defining governance tools and templates such as a portfolio-level scorecard, operating model self-assessments, phase-gate readiness checklists, and team charters
Partner closely with finance, product leadership, and enablement teams to understand how portfolio investment decisions impact transformation priorities
Own and execute organizational change management
This includes coaching executives and managers to model desired behaviors, designing change adoption strategies, building engagement and support structures such as communities of practice and immersive learning, aligning communications to reinforce adoption goals, and measuring adoption, sentiment, and behavioral change to ensure lasting impact
Serve as the communications and internal marketing champion for the transformation. This includes sharing progress, successes, and lessons learned through clear storytelling, maintaining open communication channels, partnering with OCM to reinforce messaging, incorporating feedback, and using innovative storytelling to sustain engagement and momentum across the organization
Provide delivery management, execution, and coaching across cross-functional teams
This includes coordinating and de-risking delivery, removing bottlenecks, coaching leaders and teams in lean-agile and flow-based delivery practices, and ensuring execution is paired with adoption and long-term sustainment
Instill a culture of continuous improvement grounded in data and insights
This includes providing dashboards and metrics to track outcomes, monitoring adoption and delivery effectiveness, and fostering learning, experimentation, and evidence-based decision-making
Act as a business and technology improvement architect by aligning strategy, integration, scalability, and customer experience
This includes assessing current-state architecture, identifying gaps, developing frameworks for iterative modernization, aligning with industry best practices, and coaching teams and leaders in product, technology, and architecture principles

Required

7 or more years of project management experience managing large-scale programs using Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma
7 or more years of leadership and coaching experience leading cross-functional teams
7 or more years of effective communication experience with technical and non-technical stakeholders
7 or more years of analytical experience using data and metrics to drive decisions
7 or more years of complex stakeholder management
7 or more years of change management experience in global environment
5 or more years of experience in technology and or SaaS
5 or more years of experience establishing and executing strategic KPIs
3 or more years leading organizational transformation initiatives
2 or more years of formal people management experience
Ability to travel up to 40 percent domestically and internationally

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred
Product management experience in a technology or SaaS environment
Technical fluency in modern software development practices
Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
Understanding of platform development, CI/CD, and automation ecosystems
Experience in highly regulated industries such as aerospace
